Synopsis: The Rainbow Fish is a beautiful book about a rainbow fish in the ocean who discovers the secret to finding happiness. Rainbow fish is regarded as the most beautiful fish in the sea because it has several shiny scales. One day, a small blue fish asked for one of the rainbow fish's scale to which the rainbow fish refused and said "Who do you think you are?" and told the fish to go away. This rude behavior made every other fish in the sea dislike the rainbow fish. The fish asks the wise octopus why this happened, and he told the fish to give his scales away to other fish in the ocean. In giving away something of his own, the rainbow fish would find happiness. The rainbow fish then gave away all of his shiny scales, and found true happiness and acceptance by sharing his gifts with others.
